What to do when an error code occurs？

When an error code occurs, please use the following table to resolve the problem based on different error codes.

Error Codes	Recommended Methods
1001	Please check the Internet connection.
1003	Please refer to What to do if users’ player can’t displayed?
2103	Please try to log into the system again.
Others	Please try the following steps: Confirm if the event is ended, if not, please log into the system again. If Step 1 does not work, please refer to What platforms and OS versions are supported in KKStream player? to check playback supported platforms.
