You can contact our support team anytime and receive real-time responses via chat during event.
If you need real-time assistance, please mark the checkbox in Real-time assistance section when you create a live event. After you submit the application, KKStream support team will start to make an arrangement for your event and you can confirm the application status anytime.
1. Click "Event list" or "Control room" button in the left sidebar and all the created events will be listed.

2. Click the event you want to confirm.
3. Scroll down the page and you will find Real-time assistance section.
4. Your application status will be updated as below:
- Arranging: Means your application is in progress. If you have any questions, please click "Support" to browse our website to find answers.

- Completed: When status shows Completed, that means KKStream support team is ready for real-time assistance during event. You can click "Get help" button in the bottom right corner for help. Real-time assistance will be completed no later than 3 days prior to your scheduled event date. If application status is still under Arranging, please Contact us.
